Melanie is a motivating trainer, coach and sales leader. She has extensive experience of delivering sales, leadership and management training to staff at all levels, as well as developing winning sales teams.

Following success in senior internal training positions and a long career in sales management she has worked as an independent consultant for the past 18 years providing learning and development training, leadership and management training, sales training and sales and marketing support in both public and private sectors.

Melanie has written and delivered a multitude of courses over the years both face to face and online, has an extensive knowledge of the DISC model, Insights & NLP; and is highly driven by the results of her work.

She uses key areas of expertise to deliver training directly to corporations and as an associate trainer for successful training companies.
